During the production of wood chip fiberboard, the friction between wood chip fibers and the conveyor belt or between the conveyor belt and the slider bed can easily cause the accumulation of electric charges and generate electrostatic effects. Although the quiescent current is usually very low in intensity, it can be the cause of problems, such as the appearance of poor-quality products due to adsorption of dirt, or sparks in sensitive environments that can cause fires or explosions.
The anti-static mesh belt we produce is added with special anti-static materials to reduce the surface resistance of the material, enabling the smooth conduction of charges and achieving the purpose of anti-static. During the drying process of fiberboard, anti-static process tape can prevent the electrostatic adsorption of dust or adhesion between fiberboards caused by drying.
