The Drying fabric provided by our company for the paper and wood industries are made of high-strength heat-resistant materials, which can withstand 180 ℃ and have a service life 50% longer than standard belts. The uniform mesh ensures even heat distribution, resulting in a 30% increase in drying efficiency. A smooth surface can prevent material damage and maintain product quality.

During the production of wood chip fiberboard, the friction between wood chip fibers and the conveyor belt or between the conveyor belt and the slider bed can easily cause the accumulation of electric charges and generate electrostatic effects. Although the quiescent current is usually very low in intensity, it can be the cause of problems, such as the appearance of poor-quality products due to adsorption of dirt, or sparks in sensitive environments that can cause fires or explosions.
Drying fabric for paper and wood industr is a conductive degassing conveyor belt woven from synthetic fibers (usually polyester) and combined with anti-static carbon or bronze wire. This latest degassing belt has proven its performance as a sturdy universal degassing belt suitable for particleboard and MDF.

Paper industry
Papermaking process: used for the drying process of paper after forming, such as drying kraft paper, corrugated paper, and special paper (such as filter paper and insulation paper). The mesh belt needs to withstand high temperatures of 80-150 ℃ and have uniform breathability to ensure the flatness of the paper.
Paper product processing: Drying of cardboard boxes, paper tubes, and pulp molded products. The mesh belt needs to have a certain load-bearing capacity to avoid deformation of paper products.
Wood industry
Drying of logs/boards: Dehydration and drying of solid wood boards, plywood, and fiberboard. The mesh belt needs to withstand high temperatures below 200 ℃ (some processes can reach 180 ℃) and resist adhesion of wood resins (such as pine resin).
Wood plastic composite materials (WPC): Wood powder and plastic composite boards and profiles are dried, and the mesh belt needs to be resistant to slight corrosion (plastic melt may contain additives).
