Juice squeeze mesh belt, also known as polyester filter press, is mainly used in belt filter presses, rubber belt vacuum filters, and horizontal vacuum belt filters. Suitable for concentrated juice pressing and other special industries.
1. The belt has high tensile strength, strong wrinkle resistance, uniform single filaments on the mesh surface, and flexibility.
2. The joint bonding area is well crafted, using imported latex, lightweight, and not easy to peel off. The joint steel reed is relatively thin, strong, and wear-resistant. The thickness at the interface is uniform, lightweight, and not easy to damage the scraper.
3. The adhesive used on both sides is imported latex, which is soft, uniform, and not easy to peel off.
4. The surface is smooth, the mud cake is easy to peel off, and the filter strip is easy to rinse.
5. The radial direction is not easily deformed, does not arch, and does not wrinkle. Long service life with characteristics such as acid resistance, alkali resistance, wear resistance, and high temperature resistance (can operate for a long time in an environment of 180 ℃).
6. Stable shaping, no deformation, no deviation, no wrinkling, high tensile strength, strong acid and alkali resistance. Can withstand high and low temperatures. Good breathability.
7. The tension is generally controlled at 0.3-0.7MPa, with a commonly used value of 0.5MPa. The walking speed is 1-9m/min. Different specifications and sizes can be customized according to samples for production.
Suitable for extracting juice and pressing from fruits and vegetables on a belt filter press, especially suitable for berries and nuts such as apples, pears, prickly pears, ginger, etc.
