Vacuum Belt Machine Fabric is usually composed of filter cloth and supporting structure. The filter cloth is a key component for achieving solid-liquid separation, usually made by blending single and double fibers with special cross-sections; The supporting structure is used to support the filter cloth and ensure its stability during operation. Common examples include a circular rubber belt as a support, and the filter cloth is laid on the tape and runs synchronously with it.
The Vacuum belt machine fabric uses filter cloth as the filtering medium to achieve solid-liquid separation through vacuum suction and slurry gravity. During operation, the slurry is evenly distributed on the filter cloth by the fabric spreader. When the vacuum chamber is connected to the vacuum system, a vacuum filtration zone is formed on the rubber belt. The filtrate passes through the filter cloth and is collected by the transverse grooves on the rubber belt, and enters the vacuum chamber through the central hole. Solid particles are trapped on the filter cloth to form a filter cake. As the rubber belt moves, the filter cake is gradually dried due to the pressure difference, and finally discharged at the discharge roller.
